Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain English, what personal data we use when you visit this website or chat with Nova, our AI assistant, why we use it and what your rights are. It follows the Gibraltar GDPR and the Gibraltar Data Protection Act 2004, and the EU GDPR, as we are based in Spain.

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you: Nova’s answers are for guidance only, and the prices and terms that apply are those in your proposal or contract.
Marketing messages
We only send you news or offers if you have ticked the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us. We never make cold calls.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need to help you. If you do not become a client, for no more than 12 months after your last contact; then it is deleted. If you become a client, for as long as the law requires (for example, invoices: 6 years).
Who else sees your data
We never sell or share your data. It is processed, only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement, by the providers we need to run the website and Nova (website hosting, database, automations, email and the AI model that drafts Nova’s replies). Some may be outside the UK or the European Economic Area; in that case only with the safeguards the law requires (adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).
Artificial intelligence
Nova is an AI assistant, not a person, and always says so. If you would rather speak to a person, just ask and we will get back to you during working hours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Email ananovaaisolutions@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (gra.gi) or to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
